Terms & Conditions

-This class is covered by a regular monthly payment (from September to May)

-Payments are taken on 1st of the month.

-You are guaranteed at least 32 classes per year. Classes run from August to June. If we have to cancel a class (due to weather etc), we will ensure your child receives 32 classes per year. 

-If you are joining mid-month, you can start your classes immediately. We will contact you within 7 days of booking to arrange a pro-rata payment to cover any classes attended before the regular monthly payment begins on 1st of the month. The pro-rata amount will be added to your first regular monthly payment.

-If your child does not attend a booked class, camp or lesson, you will not be eligible for a refund.

-Bookings cannot be transferred to another child.

-If you wish to cancel your child's class, you must email us at artsandheritage@ercultureandleisure.org to arrange this.

-It is your responsibility to ensure all contact details, including emergency contact information, is up to date and correct.

-Please contact us in advance if your child has any additional support needs, medical or accessibility requirements by emailing artsandheritage@ercultureandleisure.org
